Our Transcription Rates
We always keep our transcription rates and prices competitive and will provide you with one of the best transcription services available. We only use reliable, accurate and highly experienced secretaries and typists.
There is a minimum charge of £5.00.
Transcripts are always proofread by the typist.
Prices are exc VAT.
Additional charges may be made for poor audio quality, speakers with strong accents or dialects, files that require transcription of time codes or time stamps and non digital files. Our transcription rates are based on audio or video minute. Pricing for copy typing can vary depending on clarity of handwritten notes or if template creation or formatting is required.
Prices are subject to change and it is always a good idea to contact us first for an accurate quote. We also offer transcription samples if required and are happy to tailor our services depending on your individual needs.
The preferred method of payment is BACS.
Clients have the option of paying via PayPal, but an additional 3.6% + 20p charge will be added for this service.
We offer many other secretarial services, virtual assistant and video transcription services (including .srt and .ssa subtitling) so please contact us if you would like any further information. Our pricing structures for virtual assistant and secretarial service will depend on the nature and complexity of the project.
